RENEWED Payment, Refund & Participation Terms

By enrolling in RENEWED, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Payment & Enrollment
Your payment secures your place in RENEWED: A Personal Journey of Healing, Connection, and Growth and provides access to the program materials and personal sessions included with your enrollment.

No Refund Policy
All payments for RENEWED are final and non-refundable. Because your enrollment reserves personal session time and provides access to program content and materials, refunds will not be issued after enrollment, including for unused sessions, incomplete program materials, scheduling conflicts, changes in personal circumstances, or a decision not to complete the program.

Please consider your availability and commitment to the RENEWED journey before enrolling.

90-Day Completion Period
RENEWED is designed to be completed as a focused journey. Your 90-day program period begins on the date of your first personal RENEWED session.

All six guided Invitations and all seven personal sessions must be completed within those 90 days.

Participants are responsible for scheduling their personal sessions with enough time to complete the entire RENEWED journey within the 90-day period. Any sessions, Invitations, or other program components not completed within the 90-day period will expire and will not be refunded, credited, transferred, or extended.

Any exception or extension due to extraordinary circumstances is at the sole discretion of My Jesus Connection.

Scheduling & Cancellations
Your RENEWED enrollment includes seven personal sessions. If you need to reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible.

Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notice may be considered used and may not be replaced, except at Dawn’s discretion in the case of an emergency or exceptional circumstance.

Rescheduling a personal session does not extend the participant’s 90-day completion period.

If Dawn must reschedule a session, you will be given the opportunity to select another available time. If a rescheduling initiated by Dawn affects your ability to complete RENEWED within your original 90-day period, an appropriate extension will be provided.

Program Participation & Completion
RENEWED is designed as a complete journey. Participants are responsible for scheduling and attending their personal sessions, completing the guided Invitations, and allowing enough time to complete all program components within the 90-day completion period.

Enrollment and participation do not guarantee any particular personal, spiritual, relational, emotional, financial, or other outcome.

Nature of RENEWED
RENEWED is a faith-based personal growth, spiritual reflection, and inner-healing facilitation program. It incorporates Christian faith, prayer, reflection, connection with Jesus, guided exercises, and personal facilitation.

RENEWED is not psychotherapy, counseling, psychological treatment, medical care, psychiatric care, or another licensed healthcare service. Dawn Karlin is not acting as a licensed therapist, counselor, psychologist, physician, or other healthcare professional through this program.

Participation in RENEWED is not a substitute for professional mental health or medical care. If you need mental health, medical, crisis, or other licensed professional services, you are encouraged to seek support from an appropriately qualified professional.

Personal Responsibility
You remain responsible for your own choices, decisions, well-being, and actions throughout the RENEWED journey. You are always welcome to pause or decline participation in any exercise or guided experience.

Agreement
By completing your enrollment and payment, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to these RENEWED Payment, Refund & Participation Terms, including the no-refund policy and 90-day completion requirement.
