Terms & Conditions

By scheduling, purchasing, or participating in a session or service with My Jesus Connection, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Nature of Services

My Jesus Connection provides Christ-centered personal growth, coaching, spiritual reflection, prayer, and inner-healing facilitation designed to help individuals connect with Jesus, explore what is happening within their heart, and experience greater personal awareness, healing, freedom, and growth.

Services may include conversation, reflective questions, guided exercises or activations, prayer, Scripture, and invitations to personally engage with Jesus.

Participation is voluntary. You are always welcome to pause, decline a question or exercise, or communicate if something does not feel comfortable or appropriate for you.

Not Counseling, Therapy, or Medical Care

Services provided through My Jesus Connection are not psychotherapy, professional counseling, psychological treatment, medical treatment, psychiatric care, diagnosis, or crisis intervention.

My Jesus Connection services are not intended to replace the care of a licensed physician, therapist, counselor, psychologist, psychiatrist, or other qualified healthcare professional.

If you are currently receiving professional medical or mental-health care, you remain responsible for decisions regarding that care and should consult the appropriate licensed professional regarding any questions or changes to your treatment.

My Jesus Connection does not provide emergency or crisis services. If you are experiencing an emergency or believe you may be in danger, please contact appropriate emergency or crisis services in your area.

Personal Responsibility

You understand that personal and spiritual growth experiences are individual and that no particular outcome or result is promised or guaranteed.

You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, interpretations, relationships, health, and well-being before, during, and following your session.

Any insights, impressions, prayer experiences, Scriptures, reflections, or other material shared during a session are offered as part of a personal-growth and faith-based experience. You are encouraged to prayerfully consider what resonates with you rather than treating anything shared during a session as professional, medical, legal, financial, or other specialized advice.

Scheduling, Rescheduling & Missed Appointments

Your scheduled appointment time is reserved specifically for you.

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice whenever possible.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as missed appointments or no-shows, may be considered used and may not be eligible for a refund, credit, or replacement session.

If My Jesus Connection needs to reschedule your session, you will be given the opportunity to select another available appointment time without penalty.

Arriving late does not necessarily extend the scheduled ending time of your appointment.

Payment & Refund Policy

Payment for a session, service, package, or program reserves the time, availability, preparation, and resources associated with that service.

Unless otherwise specifically stated in writing for a particular service or program, payments are final and non-refundable.

Refunds or credits are not generally provided for missed appointments, unused sessions, scheduling conflicts, changes in personal circumstances, or a participant's decision not to complete or continue a purchased service or package.

When a service or program includes multiple sessions or has a specific completion period, any additional expiration, scheduling, or participation requirements provided with that service will also apply.

Any exceptions, credits, transfers, or extensions are at the discretion of My Jesus Connection unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Confidentiality & Privacy

My Jesus Connection respects the personal nature of what may be shared during a session and intends to treat session conversations with care and discretion.

However, My Jesus Connection services do not create a therapist-client, counselor-client, physician-patient, attorney-client, clergy-penitent, or other legally privileged professional relationship. Therefore, communications should not be understood as carrying the same legal confidentiality protections that may apply within certain licensed professional relationships.

My Jesus Connection may also be required to disclose information when required by applicable law.

Because sessions may take place through Zoom, telephone, email, text, scheduling platforms, or other electronic systems, absolute security or confidentiality of electronic communications cannot be guaranteed.

Recording

Sessions may not be audio recorded, video recorded, photographed, reproduced, or distributed by a participant without prior permission from My Jesus Connection.

If My Jesus Connection wishes to record any portion of a private session, your permission will be obtained beforehand.

Faith-Based Nature of Services

You understand that My Jesus Connection is a Christian, Jesus-centered ministry and personal-growth service.

Sessions may include references to Jesus, God, Holy Spirit, Scripture, prayer, hearing or sensing from the Lord, and other Christian spiritual practices or perspectives.

Participation does not require you to agree with every belief or perspective presented, and you retain full freedom to determine what you personally believe and receive.

Materials & Intellectual Property

Any worksheets, exercises, recordings, videos, written materials, guides, workbooks, activations, or other resources provided by My Jesus Connection are intended for your personal use unless otherwise stated.

They may not be copied, reproduced, sold, published, taught, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission from My Jesus Connection.

Agreement

By scheduling, purchasing, or participating in a My Jesus Connection session or service, you acknowledge that you have read and understand these Terms & Conditions and voluntarily agree to participate under these terms.

You understand the nature and limitations of the services being offered and accept responsibility for your own participation, choices, and personal well-being.
